What this fund is

Amundi Core Stoxx Europe 600 UCITS ETF Acc is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) from Amundi, traded under the ticker MEUD (ISIN LU0908500753). One trade buys a whole basket of holdings, so your money is spread out instead of riding on a single company. In plain terms it is about owning small slices of companies, so you share in their growth when they do well — and their falls when they don't, focused on the European market. Rather than a manager picking stocks, it simply replicates the STOXX Europe 600 (Net Return) EUR index — the passive, low-cost approach, and its largest holdings include ASML HOLDING NV, HSBC HOLDINGS PLC and NOVARTIS AG-REG. With about 615 holdings (the ten largest ≈ 19.7%), your money is diversified rather than concentrated in a handful of names.

By geography it is weighted towards ~22.6% United Kingdom, ~15.2% France and ~14.2% Switzerland. By industry it concentrates most in ~25.2% Financials and ~19.3% Industrials. Investors often use a broad fund like this as a long-term 'core' holding — a single building block that covers much of a global portfolio in one trade. Its ongoing charge (TER) is 0.07% a year — about €7 a year on a €10,000 holding, taken automatically from the fund. It is an accumulating share class: dividends are rolled straight back in, compounding your returns rather than landing in your account as cash.

It holds the underlying investments directly (physical replication); it is domiciled in Luxembourg and UCITS-regulated, a European standard built to protect everyday investors and trades in EUR. Its price has swung about 13.1% over the past year, which describes how much its price tends to move rather than whether it is good. It launched in 2024. As with any investment, its value can go down as well as up, and past performance is not a guide to future results. (Fund data sourced from Amundi.)

What your money could grow into

Pick a monthly amount and a number of years to see how regular investing can add up over time. These are your own assumptions — an illustration, not a prediction.

How this works: an educational scenario, not a forecast. We compound monthly and add your monthly amount each month. “Expected annual return” is your own assumption — pick a cautious one; real markets are bumpy and can fall. “Adjust for inflation” simply restates the result in today’s spending power. The fee figure includes the yearly fund fee (TER) and the growth those fees would otherwise have earned. The fund comparison repeats each fund’s last-12-months return every year — a rough illustration only, which real funds never do. Not advice.
